International Students Application Process

Before submitting the application, please ensure you have electronic copies of the following:
- Signed Notice of Disclosure form
- Copy of your passport ID page
**Bring original documents with you when you register at the College**
Letter of Acceptance
The official letter of acceptance will be issued to the qualified candidates to start their student permit application.
Pay the Tuition Fees
Once the student receives a Letter of Acceptance, the student must sign the student contract. 50% of the program fees will be required as a deposit.
Western Union
For payments coming from outside of Canada, Queen’s College has partnered with Western Union’s payment platform https://student.globalpay.wu.com/geo-buyer/queenscollege#!. Information will also be provided on the offer letter.
Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are the preferred method of transferring funds internationally.
*Please note:
If the wire transfer is not in the student’s name, you must inform the College at international@queenscollege.ca by providing the name used for the transfer in order for the College to properly track the payment.

- Once we receive the deposit, an Official Receipt will be issued.
Refund Policy
If the student does not attend school, then $500 will be retained as an administration fee. For more information, please refer to the Fee Refund Policy as prescribed under S. 25 to 33 of O. Reg. 415/416 available on the enrollment contact.
Once we have received all the necessary information for processing a refund please allow 3-4 weeks for review, verification and for processing.

To apply for a Study Permit, you will need the following documents from us:
- Letter of acceptance from us
- Receipt of tuition payment
